This Saturday is our April General Membership Meeting! As always, we will be holding it in-person at Swords Into Plowshares in Downtown Detroit, and offering a Zoom option for comrades who wish to attend virtually.

In preparation for our Chapter Convention in June, we'll be putting on a Robert's Rules of Order Training as well as giving a presentation about how the convention will work, along with key dates for submitting resolutions, amendments, and candidacy for Steering Committee elections.

We will also be discussing and voting on a massive Labor Campaign Proposal that will involve a variety of upcoming labor fights over the next year. If you would like to submit an amendment to the proposal, you can direct message Matt C on Slack or send an email to [email protected] by Wednesday, March 29th at 10PM.

This is a General Meeting that will set the stage for our next year of organizing here in Detroit - it's a great opportunity for new and old members to get involved, you won't want to miss it!
