We are forming a choir to sing labor, lefty, and socialist songs before our General Meetings. Our first event will be starting at 10:45 AM on September 7. Will take a few minutes to organize ourselves and then sing Solidarity Forever. Sheet music will be provided.
After discussion at the August General Membership Meeting (GMM), the previous version of this bylaws amendment was withdrawn and a new updated version was submitted incorporating concerns brought up at the meeting. This is notice that the attached will be debated at the September GMM and voted on afterwards via an Opavote. See here.
We will be devoting political education time at this month's General Meeting to the Ecosocialist Committee. We'll be learning about the science and politics of air quality, and hear about other organizing Ecosocialists are working on.
