- Dr. Anand Bhat is board-certified in internal medicine and sleep medicine. He is a graduate of the University of Texas Medical Branch school of medicine. He studied health policy, planning, and finance at the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine and London School of Economics. He has been a supporter of single-payer health care since he was in medical school.
- Dr. Victoria Dooley is a Family Medicine Physician and health care activist based in Metro Detroit. She has published op-eds in The New York Times, Huffington Post, and many other publications.
