Beyond Coal Oakland is planning an Oakland County "solar tour" by chartered bus, to visit several solar power installations and see how they work. The starting point will be 10:00 am at Farmington Hills city hall, 31555 W 11 Mile Rd, Farmington Hills. Some seats on the bus will be reserved for local press. Other seats will be reserved on a first-come, first-served basis, so if you are interested, get your reservations in early.
